WIPs Not Forgotten
I have made progress on the next seven blocks of the WIP I'm working on, but nothing worth showing yet. Maybe Monday. I did finish quilting the neonatal quilt. Hoped to have finished Tuesday, but sick DGS needed me.
Here's another view:
And a close up of the corner so you can see the actual green plaid of the back. I'm happy with my corners. Those were free motion this time. Do them enough times and they get to be more even. We had a speaker at Tuesday's guild meeting who spoke on free motion quilting on domestics. She inspired me to get this done. It was a great session!
I'm linking to Sarah's Can I Get a Whoop Whoop?! and other in my linky party list. See tabs above; click on more.
Have a great weekend!

Lovely quilting. Glad you were inspired. I do all mine on a domestic, it does get easier with practise as they always say.
ReplyDeleteOh Angie, your quilting is wonderful. Did you do all that on a domestic?? Hope DGS is better.
ReplyDeleteI think your quilting is marvelous! There's no way I can do just a curve, let alone have a curve or 4 that meet so nicely. Practice is making you excellent! I'm catching up on back posts. Don't feel you have to answer.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteHI Angie, We LOVE your quilting patterns. Wow -- you are really skillful at free-motion quilting ! We especially love the curly-cues that look like pebbles. That's not easy to do, and your spacing between motifs is perfect ! Thanks for these great photos, with many blessings, from Marina and Daryl Lynn
ReplyDeleteYour quilting looks fantastic, Angie :)
