Applique Thursday

Have started on my next Forget Me Not block - have a way's to go:

I'm wondering if you can guess which flower this is. Those who are making this BOM will know right away.

This week's book has some applique but is mostly easy piecing.

    it's the crown of thorns you're working on ... love the quilt patterns for this quilt! haven't started mine yet ... i'm appliquing the texas teardrops that quilt lodging is doing.
