After admiring the many round#2s already posted, I came to decision on mine. Here it is:
I don't know what the block is called, but I'm sure I've seen it before (and that's why I'm calling it a double take), and you can probably guess what the next round will be for me.
I'm linking to Kathleen McMusing's linky party for all the other round #2s. Have a look. There are some great quilts emerging there. Also linking to Quilting is more fun than Housework - she's amazing! Leave me a comment and I'll take a look at what you are up to and reciprocate. Blessings,

The simple border compliments your quilt nicely!
ReplyDeleteThank you. It's fun working on this project. It's my third year of doing it. I'll have to go and find yours, Wendy.
DeleteLove how your SAHRR is looking!
ReplyDeleteAngie! I didn't know you had joined the SAHRR. So fun to have you here. I'll go with the title Double-Take, and it's a nice frame to your center. Love the tiny hourglass blocks, too!
ReplyDeleteI like your border and 'Double Take' is a great name for it :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Janine. Lol, I didn't think of it as a name, but it will do. I love your little puppy set to music and motion, and that bird is amazing! As to your center overpowering your SAHRR, I think you did great with those soothing rounds of 1 and 2. Great job.
DeleteYou brought a little bit of lightness to my day; double take is such a fun play on this prompt!
ReplyDeleteA fun interpretation of the prompt. Your tropical blocks and bright colors are what this gray day needs. =)
ReplyDeleteOh that looks lovely! I love the addition of the light fabric, frames it so well! xx
