That baby quilt is done and off to be donated to a first time low income mother.
and the fun flannel back:
As far as my fracture (see previous post for story), the CT scan showed I had 3 fractures. The good news no surgery. But it's a long way to healing - 3 months at least. Sigh, that walker and I will be old friends by then.
I'm listing this post in Finished (or not) Friday at Alycia's blog and Can I Get a Whoop, Whoop at Sarah's blog. See you there!
Adorable baby quilt. Still praying for your quick recovery.
ReplyDeleteThank you! And thanks for the prayers for the recovery. I can feel them helping. I'm moving right along with my walker. Hehe.
DeleteLovely doggy baby quilt. I love the backing!
ReplyDeleteThank you. It was a collection of blocks from our Sewdality group. It was fun to make.
DeleteHappy to hear you don't need surgery. Take the time to heal, it's more important than quilting. We will still be here when you are back on feet again. I love your little Scotty doggies. Well done. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery. ;^)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Chantal. I was so glad too that I didn't need surgery. I enjoyed making and quilting the baby quilt. That makes the third quilt I've used that camping flannel as a backing. It's so cute and cuddly.
DeleteSuper cute!! love that backing too!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Alycia! I had a fun time reading about your Pig house. Makes me wish I was back on a farm.
