This week I like that my Paint Brush lily (some call it Soap Brush - Haemanthus genus) is in bloom again!
This plant is in the Amaryllis family. God made flowers of such variety.
I also liked all the cute costumes I saw at our parish school. Here's the Pre-K class who I read to each week. I'm privileged to be the lady who reads to 4 classes this year. It's so much fun.
I also am thrilled that I finished a quilting project. Come back tomorrow when I report my finish.
Look forward to viewing your likes at Lee Anna's I Like Thursdays post.
Aww, the kiddos all dressed up for Halloween look so darn cute. What a fun age to read to!! And your lily looks so fun - what big blooms. Happy Thursday to you! ~smile~ Roseanne
ReplyDeleteThat's a new plant to me! I used to have an Amaryllis but it went to a friend when we moved. It's time to get a new one!
ReplyDeleteoh the variety of flowers... never heard of this before, but I do love amarylis. Those precious sincere children... that age is my favorite as they can talk so you know what they are thinking, and they are willing to tell you everything they are thinking and it's so fresh!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting flower, never heard of it before. Preschool kids are the best but then, I'm work at a preschool so I'm a bit biased :)
