As to the destashing, I used 2 yards (yeah!) for a St. Anne's quilt, .04 yd for the units above, .01 yd for the tiny pinwheels, and .26 yd for the charity quilt for Share the Love. That's 2.31yds - Much better! YTD is now 6.74 yds. (I'll be reporting this at Sunday Stash - have you got numbers for us?)
For my Slow Sunday Stitching, I'm work on this for the week while watching Jeopardy.
What do you watch as you slow stitch? Fat quarter giveaway still on. See last Friday's post.
I'm also linking with Sunday Stash
Good usage this week! Love the applique block. I don't usually watch TV when I stitch. I'm not much of a TV fan.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to listen to podcasts when I stitch. However I do sit in front of the tv in the evenings. Your applique block is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Applique blocks.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty blocks and applique! I usually listen to a Netflix movie, a podcast or music...it depends what I'm doing. Sometimes, I love to open my window and listen to the water fountain and the bird's singing....
ReplyDeleteVery sweet and pretty colors and fabrics. I cannot watch TV and stitch as I'm too nearsighted to see the TV, have to wait for commercials to take off my glasses and stitch if I do attempt it, lol
ReplyDeleteGood fabric usage! I spent the week sick, so I didn't do anything after Tuesday! Too bad, because the weather was perfectly rainy and chilly and great for sewing!
ReplyDeleteGreat success in destashing. It feels so good when it happens. Love your applique block Angie.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the destashing. Your applique block looks great. Happy stitching this week.
ReplyDeleteWonderful selection of HSTs for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge!!
