    It took me 20 years to hand quilt my first quilt. I don't see any problem with a 28 year old project. It will be don't eventually. Your quilting is very pretty.

    Good for you for keeping at it! My oldest UFO is about the same vintage...I am not sure it will ever get finished!

    What great quilts! I never thought about contacting a museum to donate old quilts. Great idea! I have a hand-quilting project too - I call mine "my take it to the home with me quilt!"
