Applique Tuesday is Sick Tuesday

First, if you're here for the giveaways for my 5th Blog Year Annivesary, go here.  Five great giveaways end Thursday, midnight.

Here's what I started last Wednesday - and didn't get far due to picking up a bug from one of the grands. At least I'm thinking it was one of them as their Daddy is sick with the same thing, too.

I'm making baskets for my hexie flowers project.  More on that Friday.  Back to lie down and use the inhaler, antibiotics, cough surppressant, and fever reliever Kaiser gave me.  Please leave a comment so I can enjoy your eye candy.  Stay healthy.

  1. Rest up my friend. I should be sewing, but did my 30 minutes earlier. I'm just playing on my kindle.

  3. I'm sorry you're sick! I hope it doesn't keep you down long. Judging by your use of an inhaler it sounds like you have asthma? I have only had asthma a couple of years, but its getting worse. I recently discovered how quickly asthma can make everything worse. Hope this isn't the case for you.

    1. Fortunately, it's not asthma - more like pneumonia or bronchitis. I placed myself in the hands of the Lord and trust I'll get better.

  5. So sorry to hear you are sick. Feel better soon. Deja vu for me. I caught a bug from my dgd and it ended up with bronchitis/pneumonia. I was sick for 3 weeks. Love those grands to death - and sometimes it feels that way. ;(

  6. Oh my goodness, hope you feel better soon. Plenty of rest, plenty of fluids. Just do what you would tell those grands to do if they were sick :)
