Well I did it - made my four posie blocks - now I can stop. I like ém. Think I'll offer them as the BOM for Jan at our guild. That way I won't have a new UFO - LOL.

I think that the piece you don't like might be the yellowish (?) fabric in the upper left hand corner block. It just doen't seem to fit in as well as the other fabrics :)

The purple and white HST in the middle????!! (but they all look great.. once you get a bunch of scrappy blocks together it won't matter what fabric you used, they'll al blend)
ReplyDeleteNice blocks.........I would say you either do not like the HST with the purple in the center or you don't like the piece of paisley you used in the upper left block.

My guess is the lime green triangle in the lower left block on the right---I like the color but it pulls the block out of shape

I say second block gold piece next to the green piece. The only reason I guess that is because it seems to be to close to the green value. But what do I know. I actualy like them all and would have used the gold too. Maybe I will guess again. Will go back and study.

ReplyDeletei like them all - my daughter tells me my tastes are different than most so i'd say the fabric you aren't happy with is the dark flowered of the top right - the contrast is too bold compared to the other blocks
