This will be short. Laser eye surgery tomorrow. Here's my Splendid Sampler block #36. I paper pieced it with invisible thread, and machine appliqued with invisible thread.

ReplyDeleteMy husband who had 500/500 vision with cataracts beginning had laser surgery in both eyes and can see now with 30/20 vision!
What a pretty block!! very nicely done. I hope all goes well with your eye surgery. We depend on them so much when we love to do this kind of work. Be well and take care.

ReplyDeleteI am going to borrow your leaf idea for my quilt. I have a hexie block which is, I think, kind of boring so if I do what you did and add leaves to the hexie to make it look more like a flower, I might like the block. Hope this is okay!
