Design Wall Monday 2/11/13

Up on my design wall is a new charity quilt.  These are units from disappearing nine patches that I will use to make the quilt.  The four embroidered blocks will be in it somewhere - I have one more large nine patch to sew and then I can play with them before I make the flimsy.  I love the cute birdie print from Urban Zoologie by Robert Kaufman that was donated to St. Anne's.  Thank you, Deanna!

    LOVE the rattle! So cute, and it looks great with those birds. It's so hard to see all the fun modern fabrics and not be able to shop! ;D
