Again this is the very busy week of the month, and being December lots going on. And then I couldn't find my block to take a photo! I had worked on it earlier and it was nowhere to be found. But I finally did find it. You know how it is - it gets buried under stuff that you move cuz company is coming and you're serving dessert and rushing to put on a fresh tablecloth. Geesh! Well here it is - a little further along.
The winner of last week's book is Bonnie L! I've sent Bonnie an email. Thank you very much readers. There were 25 entries this month and I was thrilled. Lots of good eye candy and if you didn't leave a link, I visited a lot of neat sites and saw some candy that way. Always fun!. Here is this week's giveaway:
I've never tried celtic applique but I'd love to!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
am always ready and willing to try new things ... the celtic strings looks like an intriguing project. with a tapemaker and glue, it looks doable, too. rhanx for the chance at the book!

I was going to say how did Thursday get here so fast and then realized it Friday....yikes. I don't remember this week at all. No sewing here.
ReplyDeleteI'm not so good yet, but now have a lot of books on quilting and patchwork, I enjoy learning new things - but have learned something important: Only practice makes perfect, search practicing and practicing and practicing .......
ReplyDeleteWould love to be the lucky one.
My blog does not work well, so I also give my e-mail address: il@mvbmail.dk
Thanks for the chance to win a copy of this book. I have a new style of premade/fusible bias tape that would be perfect to use. I love celtic designs, though have yet to attempt one.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure this book is something I would use but it looks interesting.
ReplyDeleteOh Wow! The blocks are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI would love to make a quilt with them.
