2nd Sunday of Lent

I have been asked, "what is Lent?"  Here's a two minute answer.

I continue to pray for you my readers and commentators.

 -3.44 + 0.00 - .75 = -4.19    4.19 + 27.90= 32.09   YTD destash 3/12/17

Your signs of spring are inspiring! Such lovely flowers. I am not sure where you live. Here in Missouri, plants began budding in feb but now we are having another mini winter with freezing temps. I worry for my optimistic buds!

A blessed Lent to you! I find I am very much more aware of my struggles with fasting this year. I think I need to practice self denial a little more often!

That pop of red on the block is intriguing, and I love that baby quilt :) Thanks for sharing the beautiful flowers.

Wonderful bits of spring - thank you! I like that you are experimenting with different ways of quilting, including the treadle. That's really cool! Such pretty donations, too. May you enjoy this peaceful time of reflection.
